  1. When will this class start an how long is the course? Do you get a certificate?

    • Hi Debra! The course material will be live on September 17, 2018. Once the course goes live, you will have access to all of the material to go through at your own pace. So you can take as much time or go through it as quickly as you like. There is about 3 hours worth of material to get through including video tutorials and written material. The material paired with the baking components is likely going to take you anywhere from 2-4 weeks to get through depending on how much time you spend with it. But you can take as long as you like and can always go back to it! You will receive a little certificate stating you finished the course at the end, but this is not an accredited course. The certificate is more for your own records and to celebrate the completion. Let me know if you have any other questions! You can also always email me at [email protected].

    I enrolled when you first advertised that you were going to have the yeast course. 

    I tried this morning to login to the dashboard 
    But had forgotten my password. I sent a request for the reset password but never received it.

    I can’t wait for the yeast course to start. I am so excited about taking this course.

    late August or early
    September. Can I no longer get the different lessons because I waited too long,
    or am I doing something wrong?

    I am having difficulty with enrolling for the yeast bread course at the special cost of $39,99.- good until the evening o 1/31/ 19.
    Would it be ok with you, as I did in the past, due to not being able to enroll for one of your other baking courses, to send a check to you at your Chicago address?
    Please advise so that I made take advantage of the special price and put a check in the mail you?

    • Hi Peter! This is actually the same class you are already enrolled in! I was just running a special on it again. Let me know if you are having difficulty logging in, but you already have access to this one!

  6. Your bread looks yummy. Can you use keto flour instead of white flour in this recipe. Thanks Jenice 

    • Hi Jenice, Unfortunately I don’t think keto flour will work in any of my traditional yeast bread recipes. Gluten is necessary to hold the gasses from the yeast into the dough. You might try googling for specific keto yeast bread recipes.
