Learn how to use one pastry component (choux pastry) to make both dinner and dessert! We will be learning to make choux pastry from scratch and will be using it to make Parisian Gnocchi for dinner and Eclairs au Chocolat for dessert.
Choux pastry is a classic french pastry component used in a wide variety of French desserts. Trained chef and baking instructor Kristin “Baker Bettie” Hoffman will be showing you how to use it for both savory and sweet applications.
