HOW CAN I MAKE ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR INTO BREAD FLOUR?

Bread flour has a higher protein content than all-purpose flour. By adding vital wheat gluten to all-purpose flour you will mimic the protein content of bread flour. Add 2 tsp of vital wheat gluten to every cup of all-purpose flour. If you do not have vital wheat gluten, all-purpose flour can be used in place of bread flour, just be aware that it will result in a less chewy baked good.
