I am a trained chef and professional baking instructor residing in Chicago. I own a 1950s styled event space and recreational cooking and baking school located in River North called Bettie’s Chicago! Additionally, if you are a brand that is interested in working with me, I would love to discuss your unique needs. I am available for recipe development, blog posts, video content, and social media promotion. My specialty is in educational content and I love to work with brands that value this aspect of my work.

I am also available for brand deals as well as live baking demonstrations at events. I have experience demoing in front of crowds large and small and really enjoy making baking feel approachable for the audience. Most recently I was invited to do two demonstrations on the main stage at the Great Food Expo in Chicago.
