I’m sure you may have guessed by now, with my constant posting this week, that I am finished with culinary school! I promise I won’t flood your inboxes every week like I did this week, but I missed blogging and you all so much!

In case you missed it, I declared this week Chocolate Chip Cookie Week, in celebration of me being done with school and getting back in the blogging game full time! The week started off with a little torturing by me teaching you math with The Basic’s of Baker’s Percentages. I tried to bribe you all through the post by promising you cookies. Lots of cookies. And I delivered with Thin and Crispy Chocolate Chip Cookies on Tuesday, Thick and Cakey Chocolate Chip Cookies on Wednesday, and Soft and Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies on Thursday!

And today I am here to finish up the cookie love with a list of 10 chocolate chip cookie recipes that you need in your life! Or maybe I need them in my life and so I’m going to force it on you too. But I’m guessing you won’t protest too much! Hope you have all had a great week! Happy Friday!

Secret Ingredient Chocolate Chip Cookies from Just a Taste
My husband would love me forever (not that he doesn’t already) if I made him these. The secret ingredient is cream cheese and he pretty much thinks cream cheese is the best food in the world. Mix that with a chocolate chip cookie?! It does sound pretty amazing!

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Cannolis from The Domestic Rebel
As much as I loooove chocolate chip cookies, I always have the dilemma of actually baking them. Because I know as soon as that dough hits the oven it won’t be as good as it was in dough form. And as good as they are baked, I am always right. Cookie dough is so much better than the actual baked cookies. And cookie dough as the filling of cannolis? Forgetaboutit! Hayley is a genius. And she also has some solid advice regarding pajamas in this post. It needed to be said.

Salted Caramel Pecan Chocolate Chip Cookies from Sally’s Baking Addiction
My girl Sally has more cookie recipes than me! That’s a pretty big statement. One of her secrets is to add a few tsp of cornstarch into the cookie dough which helps the cookies stay tall and come out super soft. For these chocolate chip babies she added salty pecans and caramel candies, making these the cookie version of a turtle. These WILL be made soon with some super dark chocolate chunks. I’m salivating.

Mini Chocolate Chip Cookies from Yammie’s Noshery
Ummmmm…. Do you see how cute these are?! They are the tiniest little things you’ve ever seen. Just look at how many fit in that little coffee cup! Basically, tiny things are cute. And these chocolate chip babies are adorable. You could eat like 25 in one mouthful. And who doesn’t want 25 cookies in their mouth?!

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Pizza from Life, Love & Sugar
It’s a pie dough crust with oreos, ganache, chocolate chip cookie dough, and more chocolate sauce and chips. Can you say sugar rush? But this sounds like a way better version of dessert pizzas you find on pizza menus.

The Best Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies from Cooking Classy
And I’m all about an amazing gluten free cookie recipe too! Jaclyn states: “…the best way to judge the success of a gluten-free recipe? If no one can even tell it’s gluten-free.” I wholeheartedly agree. She states that not a single person knew these were gluten free. I call that a winner for sure!

Chocolate Chip Cookie Stuffed Soft Pretzel from Half Baked Harvest
This idea blew my mind. Chocolate chip cookie dough stuffed inside a pretzel. I mean… I just don’t even have words. Check out the post and drool as much as I did about all of the cookie dough that oozes out a gets a little caramelized as they bake. It sounds like absolute perfection.

Salted Caramel and Nutella Chocolate Chip Cookies from Louise’s Spis
This cookie is described as a rich chocolate cookie that is almost brownie like. It is slightly crisp on the outside and super soft on the inside and the center is filled with nutella AND salted caramel. Enough said.

Fluffy Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies from Ring Finger Tan Line
I know it is far from being Fall, but pumpkin and chocolate is one of my favorite combinations! It’s one of those pairs that sounds a little strange until you try it. I don’t care if it was 60 degrees yesterday (praise jesus), I could eat some pumpkin chocolate chip cookies today!

Best Ever Chocolate Chip Cookies from Top With Cinnamon
I have been obsessing over these cookies for a while now. Like seriously, obsessed. I just need to suck it up and make them. But I’m scared (or actually pretty certain) that they will be better than my best chocolate chip cookies. I will be crushed. But then I will stop caring and just stuff my face with cookies, so I just need to do it. Izzy does something so genius with these. She makes this infused brown butter with basil and verbena. This technique is where I got the inspiration for my Fresh Mint Chocolate Chip Cookies. She’s pretty insanely genius. And I’m pretty insanely jealous of her.
